The Arrabon Innovation Hub strives to equip pastors and church leaders with the skills to nurture, grow, and disciple their young adult (ages 23-29) congregations by 1) learning from young people what they want in a church community; 2) equipping pastors with the knowledge and skills for open dialogue about race and the Christian faith; 3) developing plans for new ministries in conjunction with young adults that are unique to each congregation to support their spiritual growth and practice.
